Our Story
Born from a passion for helping others rise, M. Alexander & Associates was created to fill a gap many organizations face—balancing daily operations with visionary leadership.

After more than 30 years of professional experience across corporate and nonprofit sectors, Dr. Marleen Greenleaf saw firsthand how strong systems and empowered people can transform an organization from the inside out. She witnessed too many capable leaders drowning in operational chaos, too many growing businesses held back by inadequate infrastructure, and too many mission-driven organizations struggling to scale their impact.

With this in mind, M. Alexander & Associates was launched over 15 years ago to offer not just consulting, but meaningful partnership, actionable strategy, and leadership transformation. We exist to be the operational backbone and strategic partner that growing organizations need—providing executive-level expertise without the six-figure commitment of a full-time hire.

Dr. Marleen Greenleaf brings over 30 years of professional experience in executive leadership, operational excellence, and empowerment coaching. With 15+ years leading M. Alexander & Associates, she has partnered with small businesses, nonprofits, government agencies, and educational institutions to build operational capacity, develop transformational leaders, and drive sustainable growth.

With a Doctorate in Business Administration and a passion for helping others live in their power, she equips leaders to lead from within—rooted in authenticity, faith, and strategy.
